All the information collected will be retained for a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 7 years after the last administrative use, stored within the program records of the Trade Controls Bureau (TID) and noted under the following Personal Information Bank: Export Import Controls.
Personal information is protected from disclosure to unauthorized persons/agencies pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act. While third party commercial information may be subject to requests under the Access to Information Act, no information will be released without first consulting with you.

Please begin by reading the full instructions on the About EXCOL web page.
Once we have processed your completed Business and User application forms, you will receive an email with instructions for completing your EXCOL enrolment on-line.
If you have received your enrolment email and already possess a Government of Canada Credential, please click the "Login & Continue with Enrolment" link below. You will be brought to the Select Credential page, where you will proceed with authentication. Once authenticated, you will then be directed to the EXCOL enrolment page.
If you don't have a Government of Canada Credential, click the "Login Now" link on the left menu. You will first be brought to the Select Credential page, where you will create your personal credential using their quick registration service. Once this is completed, you will then be redirected back to this page where you will have to ability to Login using your newly created credential by simply clicking the link "Login & Continue with Enrolment" below. Once authenticated, you will then be directed to the EXCOL enrolment page.
For both scenarios, be sure to have your enrolment email at hand, which contains information you will need during the enrolment process.
